Signing In

Rove uses Sign in with Apple for secure, private authentication.

Requirements

  • iOS device – Rove is currently iOS only
  • Apple ID – Required for sign-in
  • Phone number – For verification

How to Sign In

  1. Open the Rove app
  2. Tap Continue with Apple
  3. Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
  4. Enter your phone number for SMS verification
  5. Enter the code sent to your phone

Why Sign in with Apple?

  • Privacy – Apple doesn't track your activity
  • Security – Two-factor authentication built in
  • Simplicity – No passwords to remember
  • Hide My Email – Option to keep your email private

Troubleshooting

Can't sign in?

  • Ensure you're on iOS 13 or later
  • Check your Apple ID is set up correctly in Settings
  • Make sure you have a stable internet connection

Verification code not arriving?

  • Check your phone number is correct
  • Wait 60 seconds before requesting a new code
  • Ensure SMS messages aren't blocked

Signed out unexpectedly?

  • Re-open the app and sign in again
  • Your profile and matches are saved
